人力資源助理(薪酬及福利)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in handling a wide spectrum of human resources functions, with main focus on C&B aspect, including preparation of payroll, leave administration, benefit administration, tax reporting etc.
- Assist in HR related events and activities
- Carry out ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in HRM, Business Management or related discipline is preferred.
- With 1 years’ relevant experience in HR
- Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant law and regulations
- Excellent skill in Excel and other PC skills, including Chinese word processing
- Proficient in both English and Chinese..
- Good numerical skills, Detail-minded and committed
- Able to work under pressure, mature and independent.
- Immediate available is an advantage
